USDA to Attend WHOA Convention
MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - The Walking Horse Owners' Association (WHOA) hosted a question and answer session with the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) on Saturday February 14, 2009. Dr. Chester Gipson and Dr. Rachel Cezar welcomed the session and praised the owners for taking more interest in the inspection process.

Dr. Cezar and Dr. Gipson took questions from the audience for just under two hours and allowed owners to ask the questions that needed clarity after the recent announcement of enhanced inspection procedures and Designated Qualified Person (DQP)/Veterinarian Medical Officer (VMO) training.
